“The Clarkston Heat FC Boys U-19 won the High School Competitive Division Championship at this years “Summer Breakout 7v7 Tournament” in Spokane, Wa. The Heat outscored their opponents by a margin of 49-16 in the 5 games played. The Heat were led in scoring by Jordan Semanko with 20 Tournament goals, followed by Austin Durfee with 11, Seth Dotson with 8, Junior Montiel with 4, Andrew Laney and Jake Wagner both with a pair. Others scoring included Curtis Richards, and Patrick Schnieder. On the defensive end Caleb Carlyle, Gordon Larsen, and Jeff Wilson did a fantastic job holding opponents to a Tournament low 16 goals, in the High School Division. Jeff Wilson also had 38 saves in the goal for the Heat. The team would like to express an extra “Thank You” to Coach Corin Richert, who helped prepare the Heat for the Tournament in the week prior to the tournament. ” ~ClarkstonHeat.com

Well everyone finally the blog is up! A few quick updates in no particular order.
Crossfit/Indoor is back on this THU (6-25) 8am-10am at the CHS auxillary gym with Wednesdays and Weekends off.
Please enter through the backdoors of the auxillary gym. You can get to the doors by driving through the student parking lot between the football bleachers (Northside bleachers) and main building. There is a large dumpster. The school will be closed so this will be the only access point as the main building will be locked.
The schedule for Crossfit may change due to things like vacations, camps and weight room cleaning / gym resurfacing, etc. Please keep checking the blog for updates.
